Beef Super T bone

A high-quality steak cut known for its distinct "T" shape, which consists of a bone in the center, with two different cuts of beef on either side. On one side of the bone, you'll find the tenderloin, known for its buttery tenderness, and on the other, the striploin (or New York strip), which is firmer but incredibly flavorful due to its marbling of fat. The "Super" designation indicates a particularly premium cut, often sourced from well-marbled, top-grade beef for maximum flavor and tenderness.
