We can ship to virtually any address in Zimbabwe. We do not ship to any other country.
- Zone-Based Pricing: Our delivery areas in Zimbabwe are classified into 20 distinct zones. The classification of these zones is based on distance from our central distribution point.

- Delivery Charges: Each of the 20 zones has a unique shipping rate. When placing an order, you will be prompted to select the delivery location, and the corresponding zone's shipping fee will be automatically added to your total.
- Delivery Time: The delivery time can vary based on the zone. Generally, closer zones will experience faster delivery times, while farther zones might take a bit longer. We are committed to ensuring timely deliveries and will provide an estimated delivery timeframe during the checkout process.

- Changes & Cancellations: If you wish to change the delivery location after placing an order, please contact our customer service immediately. Do note that if the new location is in a different zone, additional charges or refunds might apply.
- Unserviceable Areas: On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, there might be areas we cannot service within a particular zone. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and process a full refund or assist you in changing the delivery location.
