1. What is the purpose of this online shop? Our platform connects Zimbabweans in the diaspora with a way to purchase groceries and gifts for their families back in Zimbabwe.

2. How are the shipping rates determined? Shipping rates are determined by the delivery location in Zimbabwe. We have divided the country into 20 zones based on distance, with each zone having a unique shipping rate.

3. Where can I find information about the zones and their rates? You can refer to our 'Zone Pricing Guide' on the website for a detailed breakdown of areas covered in each zone and the associated shipping charges.

4. How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Delivery times vary based on the selected zone. Generally, closer zones experience faster delivery, while farther zones might take a bit longer. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided by customer services. Usually we deliver between 1 - 4 days.

5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Yes, if you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. Do note that changing to a different zone may result in additional charges or refunds.

6. What happens if my selected area becomes unserviceable after placing the order? On rare occasions, certain areas within a zone might become unserviceable. If this occurs, we'll notify you promptly and offer a full refund or assist you in changing the delivery location.
